Steelhead fishing

I'm going fishing for steelhead in October , in goedrich Ontario. I was wondering if anyone has some tips or some good information so I will have dinner that weekend lol

Light fishing tackle is key for trout so plan accordingly'use roe bags or worms under a float. light line no more than 8-12 lb depending on the rod should work, or use small spinners. The blue fox vibrax or the mepps black fury in small sizes. tight lines, and good luck

Dew worms, roe bags, single eggs, 3 inch trout worms, small spinners, or small spoons are usually steels top choices.
