Steelhead jigs

Will these jigs catch any fish other than steelhead?

I have used something similar to these that I bought at CT (I know...not nearly as cool as tying your own! Lol) for river smallies. It was a greenish coloured wooly bugger.

This might sound wierd but i use flys like this with my baitcaster of the dock to catch bait all i do is drop it and let it sit and they go nuts plus bass like them btw bass lay eggs under my dock so yah but i hate bass pike for the win
