Today I went out to one of the the GB trib, however did not have any luck myself, but did see 5 nice fresh steelheads caught before my eyes. So I do know they are there. This was my first time there, so was very unfamiliar with the area. The terrain was pretty good, although I am not used to fishing a river of that size and width. It was an experience. I did learn a few things thou from some of the regulars there. I did have quite the trek down to the one spot thou, even better was the trip up the steep hill.
could you maybe PM me please where some of the good holes are . Looking forward to seeing everyones posts, gonna try and get into some browns next week thou!

Hey man just a heads up, no naming rivers.
Hopefully you'll have better luck next time, like with any river, the more you know about it the better your success will be.

" Looking forward to seeing everyones posts " .....I wouldn't hold your breath...its a beautiful river with a ton of good fishing opportunities...you can see where the crowds are, that'll give you an idea but dont be afraid to go for a hike , enjoy the sights and scenery and maybe hook into a few chromers...

Yes i did see where the crowds were thats for sure, but I did learn quite a bit from a couple locals! And which rigs to use to set up to fish the faster moving water with. Was a great time none the less even thou I went home skunked.
