Notified Shimano on issue with line roller guide.
6lb mono slipping off guide roller and cutting through bail arm like a band saw.
Anyone else finding this an issue?

I know no one else has had an issue. But Shimano was so great I have to comment. Reel was returned the very next day after they received it. They replaced bail arm but they had no deeper profile roller for this model. I was given the choice of a upgrade to the c14+ or keep the fj and purchase the c14 + at 100 discount.Needless to say I own two stradic reels now. Excellent service I'd say.
