Summer Bass Tournaments?

A bit off the topic of ice fishing but I am trying to decide which tournament series to enter for this coming summer. This will be my first time entering an actual series and I'm looking at either CSFL or Top Bass.

Looking for any info, experiences, recommendations etc..

Both CSFL and Top Bass are pretty good to fish. Iv fished both off and on for about 7 years or so. I only fish top bass the past 2 years and this summer coming. It all depends how serious you want to take tourney fishing and which lakes you know best or like to fish. If you only like or know the kawarthas top bass is the place for you. If you want to fish the kawarthas and do a little traveling to lakes like simcoe or bay of quinte etc CSFL is for you. I like fishing the kawarthas and know most of the lakes very well and top bass is a lil cheaper than csfl

Tourney fishing is a lot of fun but isn't cheap also depending how serious you take pre fishing etc.. Gas.. Motels.. Entry fees.. Time off work.. Rods/ reels/ a million baits..And having an understanding wife or girlfriend is key as well. . I looking forward to the ice leaving and getting ready for tourney season again.
