Remember a few weeks back I came back with a report where nothing was caught while I had a two clients on a charter? I had told Dan and Ronen I would be taking them out again on me when the fishing was better.
Well today was the day....we had the lake to ourself...litteraly didn't see a boat until 10am...No one fishing our spot. We Smacked them. We had to work for them...but they were crushing pretty much everything we threw at them.
Dan told me before we blast off to not worry about tieng and unhooking the fish to much...he said Just come out and fish with us.... Well I did...Dan Caught the most of the fish. Lost 2 on jerkbaits...All good size 2lbs -3lbers.
It seems that the small fish are fat already but the big fish haven't loaded up just yet. We did catch some Toads...our biggest fish was a 5.02lbers with another one at 4.61lbs (that fish was really long and skinny with a desease on it..) if shes going to eat up like they do in the fall that fish could be over 6lbs easy.
Here are some pictures.
The zombie one eyed fish.
