The New Power Plant?

Anyone know when that new Natural gas power plant goes online near the spit?

I'm thinking warm water outlet is gunna really improve that area.

I stopped by on Sunday to check it out and it was all iced up which wasent the case last year if I remember correctly.

when did the constrution start, it could have been unfrozen in some places due to underground spring wich might have been afected during constrution

This is the first time I've ever even heard of this new plant. The warmer water will definitely make things more interesting!
