The Whirlpool March 8th, 2011

After working all weekend (and putting up with some horrible weather), me and a buddy decided to head out for some trout fishing at the whirlpool. We were treated to some very nice weather and a few browns as well. Always a bonus :mrgreen: We lost 2 and caught 3, all on Gulp minnows and all before 10:30am - At which point the action just stopped and we headed home. Saw quite a lot of people out today as well, gotta love days off!

I do agree fishing slows down by 10am over there.

Just float fishing, all the fish came from one spot/pool. It was only a 1h window where the fish were active.
