Thunder Bay Fishing help

Hi,

I recently came to Thunder Bay for fishing and its totally new to me. In fact, I am from Singapore and need some help. It seems like all fishing charters are closed during this season? Can anyone recommend a fishing charter or perhaps a good spot where I can try fishing from shore?

I've tried the current river mouth and nothing hit my lure.

So I am going to need some advice.
