Had an opportunity to link up with some guys from the forum on a local trib...again, new acquaintances...great guys...never fails to impress. Brief chat and I moved downstream not wanting to overcrowd this small holding area on a river running terribly low for this time of year. Large numbers of fresh salmon storming upstream making a commotion and rooster tails as they crashed their way up...

The group almost made their way down to where I was hooking up with behemoths (exhausting my stash of terminal tackle) and a couple of browns which was nice to see...landed none...

We never managed to link up again...next time...and looking forward gents to be sure...

There are times when the pleasure of catching your quarry is not so much about "banking a fish" as it is about catching it on camera. Hope you enjoy a couple of shots of some 25 pounders clearing a path...

There RUNNING like CRAZY here in the GTA!

I got to amend a post that I was thinking the "little Guys" were Chrome or Browns.
From what I saw last night .... Hundreds of Little JACKS, all hanging around the "Couples".
Trying to get some KNUCKIE... without putting in the weight and size.

I have been taking more PICS lately as well.
Once you've caught so many, the thrill is in the AFTER PIC.

Nice shots CC!

Pic #3 has the FULL WAKE! Makes you want to jump on the "Board" and hit some action behind that der salmon

Nice shots...
I managed to hit up a local trib as well; got a fresh run salmon and went 1/2 on the browns...

Great shot of the fish running dude. The photography is always top quality. Chinny's are SOOO September

Sweet pics. :)

Sometimes I almost like watching the salmon do their thing on the redds as much as I like fishing them.

Too bad they don't get "respect" from alot of anglers once they enter the rivers.
