Hey guys,

this is my first fishing report! I am not sure how to do a proper one. But I tired.....

So i went Ultra light fishing at Too Good Pond today, located on Main Street Unionville. Got there in morning, and stay there till 4pm. Caught A lot of Creek crubs, rock bass and sunfish. I was hoping to catch some crappie....but no luck. I tried the river, but nothing. Saw couple crayfish crawling around. It's pretty weird how there's nothing in the river....not even sucker....Oh well...crekk crubs and rock bass are pretty fun to catch when you are using Ultra light tackles. They actually fight pretty good, well..at least made my drag scream a bit lol....

thanks for the report...
your line looks thick...what lb test are you using?

should go 2-4 lb with ultralight!

Jackie,

were you there this past sunday afternoon/evening?
I think i recall seeing someone wiht similar setup...ultralight with braided line...float fishing.

If that was you...i'd consider leaving the baitcaster at home with the big lure (it was either a spinnerbait or a bass jig) on it :(
you'll never know when someone might try and report you for targetting out of season bass.
just a heads up

by the way... any luck out there?
was quite a windy day
