Trent fishing

has anyone pulled out any fish out of the trent...... I caught some nice 16 inch smallies but no walleye or pike. What do you guys recomend to use

I grew up on the Trent between lock nine and ten. Fishing is awesome. Big Muskie pike bass large and smallmouth. Gar pike catfish and channel catfish. I have personally caught some of my biggest fish right off the dock. The two lures that always and I mean always produce there are the cotton Cordell big oh. The white and bronze lure. The white one this year is nailing the pike like never before when I'm actually targeting bass. Late night fishing I like the biggest minnows you can get from bait shop. Let them sit in sun and die all day so stinky. Cut off bottom 2 in of minnow. Hook through head with a weight on line and cast of dock and enjoy. Have cause numerous monster channel cats 30lbs and some 5 and 6 foot gar pike like this

Oh and of course there pickerel too. Lots this year do to the slot sizes.
