Trout closes tonight

Reminder guys, September 30th (tonight) marks the close of trout season in zone 16 for many of the tribs. Know what the rules and regs are (and exceptions) for whatever body of water it is you're fishing.

I'm sure some of us are playing hookie to squeeze in this last day. lol Then it's back to the same grind fishing waters south of hwy 2. Still a lot of waters to fish, but I'll miss the forest adventure hikes looking for some sweet spots to fish.

I wait till the end of October to think about steelheading less people so it's easier with a fly rod although I think I might pick up a switch rod but it's been a good trout season can't wait for next year
