Raven matrix 12' 9" is a good bang for the buck, it's 3 pieces and around $150. Sail has them.

I have a Raven Matrix, which is exactly what you want. Used it twice at most (almost new) as I had other rods, and I prefer to use shorter ones (I fish smaller creeks). Bought it for $170 and am selling it for $120 if you want, pm me.
