Weekend Bass Kickin...

Was able to do some sight fishing last Saturday. Got to the area 7am a few joggers, no anglers...I was extatic...lot's of floating weeds (dying i think) and lily pads...I spot some tails... under the pads...I got worms but this place is infested with blue gills and other sunfish....not to mention gobies. Wacky rigged a ghost senko. It was fun. caught about 7 lmb and 3 perch.

I probably would've went 20 bass that day if I was using straight shank hooks. circle hooks are kinda tricky but it's good for the bass. less gut-hook.
