weekly fishing report

Had a good week on the water, some nice bows and browns! Ive started to use beads alot and am finding they are deadly! Put a small roe bag on your hook and a bead above it and hold on tight they are gonna bite! Sorry for the pics of the fish on the grass, I now understand this is wrong and have altered my fish handling ways as you can see in the last two pics which are more recent. Thanks CC for informing me what I was doing was wrong, last thing I wanna do is harm one of these beauties!

This week im planning on going out a few times, tues/wed work for you? Ill most likely be staying west, gotta save gas for this weekend, headed north for 3 full days of northern chrome

Weekdays .... are up in the air always for me ...... i coudl work from 6 am to 11am or some days i could work 6am to 6pm .......

nice fish red im on the bead now too weave been destroying fish up here on those highwater days with that rig allthough alot of guys do a 8/10mm with hook then about 10" lead and small sac or a dewsnake. trotting the float gently along seams on the flats and boom. i think its ok to lay fish onto smooth surfaces like grass and riverstone as long as its wet. dry sand and mud definately the worst. ive been intenionally letting alot of fish shake loose after a long fight up at the dam.
