A few wet flies I tied and tried framing last night. There are 2 Ray Bergman flies, 2 of my own and a coachman. Need to find some proper wet fly hooks, anyone have a source?

Try calling Wilson's and ask if they can order them or eBay or other fly shops might stock them and those are some sick looking flies man keep it up

If I were you I would find my way to Angling Specialties (basically at Dufferin and #7). Speak to George. He has all you need, and in this case has Mustad 3906 or 3906B hooks.

I presume you have seen the work of Don Bastian, (since some of your patterns are the same as on his website). He sometimes comes to the Issac Walton Show (which is now connected with the Sportsmans Show). You should keep you eyes open and if he is there bring some samples to him for review.

Cheers,
Greg

Have seen some of his stuff, but the patterns were created by Ray Bergman. I'll try Angling specs, they always have interesting stuff there, right now they have a full blue eared pheasant skin!

Not bad! But the tinsel should be wrapped the other way, of course you knew that, right? ;)
Really???!!! Fawkit man...razor that baby.
Nah, opted to counterwrap that one...still studying historical photos and drawings to get the recipe right...
