Is this a Pinook?... Caught yesterday lake o trib

might be an oily chinooks, i know motor oil creates the same rainbow affect maybe there was some near where you pulled it out

edit: i kept staring it and it does look really weird id say maybe a nuke plant hybrid

chinook. look at the tail it is fully spotted, also black gum. but the anal fin is coho ish. lol. the colour looked like that to naked eye also? or your camera did it's own thing?

how big is this fish, cause i was looking up pink salmon few minutes ago, but that does not look like a silver pink. still need to look up chum or sockeye.
