What kind of minnow is this one?

I would guess either Bigeye Chub or Brassy Minnow

Looks like it may be a Striped Shiner, a legal baitfish.... they are only found in southwestern Ontario up to west of Hamilton say, if you didn't catch it there, it is not a Striped

That's a great web site MadocFlyGuy thanks for posting ... My guess would be from the Chub Family it looks a lot like a Lake Chub Minnow minus the stripe we have lots of them up here ... Maybe it's a Creek Chub Minnow?

No it's 100% not a Creek Chub. Creek Chubs have a very evident, black dot on their dorsal fin. This fish does not.

I ran through a primer of all baitfish in Ontario and couldn't find a match for you. I would suggest taking lots of pictres next time and take closeups of different body parts, ex-close up of face, dorsal fin, tail ect. With more pictures you will have a better chance at identifying.
