What to use for dirty water Steelhead?

I like black colour and big.

Depends what kind of fishing you are doing. Center pin fly fishing or spinning gear

- larger and brighter coloured roe bags
- pink worms
- black, purple wooly bugger jigs

I recommend for you to use some scent to attract the fish better

Not a ton of experience on the high, fast water, but have had people recommend the tiny fly worms. Maybe fish 2 in tandem in different colours.

Your still a hockey puck.
Fish have more senses than just eye sight.
Steel feed better in the murk.
Water colour no issue.

It's usually clear underwater. Green water is better than gin clear water unless you're swinging flies 20ft from the fish.

its hard to beat a chartreuse bead with a dew worm in dirty water
