Do you fish right at the tip end mouth of the river?

Or somewhere up the river?

Could you tell me these informations?

Can you use the maps.google.ca and pin point right to where I can park the car?
And Exactly where I can fish at the mouth?

I know it is bit far for you but...

we need visit the pier at Bronte.

I checked it out this evening and it was a circus down there. Circus by the salmon not by the fishermen.

Literally, I see salmon jumping ever freaking minute! Heck! I see 2~3 salmon jumping around multiple times every where.

I thought I was watching a pool under a dam or something.

Yet I failed to hook any.

I am guessing due to extremely low water level of Bronte Creek... concentration of fish near the mouth will be higher? Just a guess.


We really need to check out this place soon! before all of them start moving up the water.

Hey FrozenFire. Just got back from Bluffers. Lots of jumping but no hits. I think the salmon are in spawning mode and won't touch anything anymore. Maybe we can go out when the browns come in?

I fish bowmanville at night. never pier fished during the day. I thought night was better for action or have I been wrong and just wasted a lot of time?
