So, I took my boy today to London for some bass fishing. The weather was ideal ... a lot of clouds but not too cold. Anyway, this boy was pulling out bass like there's no tomorrow. I was able to catch only 2 and trust me, they were much smaller compared to fish he caught. I think he pulled out around six or seven really nice 3-4lb bass. There is a funny story I got to tell you. I think the last catch of the day was that small bass (last photo). As my son was trying to unhook it, the fish simply spit-out this half dead crawfish. We hook it and cast it but it fell apart after couple of minutes ... this never happened to me before. All fish caught today was safely released ...

Nice outing!

now that is classic river Smallie colouration! What a great thing to share with your family!

I'd fish there! ......lol

The Rocks and Crayfish say it all.

Beautiful Bass and a wonderful Report.

Thank you.

ps: Now it's time for the "MASTER" to RE-ESTABLISH his DOMINANCE *SMILES*
Get back there, and catch an even bigger one....

That;s some great photos. Hope he's hooked on fishing, it'll be a lifelong sport he'll grow to love.

Good advice ... actually next time I will go alone

I love when kids get hooked on fishing...they just seem to grow a little better don't they.

By all means! Just take them outdoor and away from TV screen and video games ... teach them to conserve and respect nature.
