Where to fish for channel cats in Brockville area

I am new to Brockville area, looking for some hot spots for channel cat fishing, any locals on here? is it too early for channel cat fishing?

Hey friend, I'm in the same boat but on a different trib'. But guess what? I'm goin' kitty fishing anyway. Is it too early? Maybe but there should be a few heading up river, it may not be the big one, but would you rather try or spend the day looking at garden supplies for spring?

I was going to go with the garden supplies. But then I said to myself, " Self, who are you shitteing?" Then I went fishing. :lol:
I usually start hitting the Kittys towards the end of April here in the Hamilton vicinity.
As for Brockville, not exactly sure, but let me know if you find them, I will be out there working later this year. I would be so bold as to hazard a guess that there might be 1 or 2 in the St Lawerence, maybe even 3.
