Where to fish the end of March?

Hey, I am hoping that someone can help me out. My husband is a crazy fisherman, and I would like to plan a fishing trip for him for his Birthday, which is the last weekend of March. I'm wondering what is in season that he would be able to fish for, and where the best place would be to go. Any ideas? Thanks!!
