Where to get some heavy nymphs

Hi everyone I recently picked up fly fishing and was wondering where to get some heavier nymphs. I checked BP and Sail and found them a bit on the light side. I live in the Toronto area and would love to know

beadhead, or add a very small split shot to your leader. you can always get into fly tying, and custom make some heavier flies, a couple wraps of lead would do it
