Which is your favorite store for all your fishing needs.Give reason also

I like Le Baron & Tightline.Their price is also good and they carry good quality stuff.

I do purchase most of my tackle at le baron with the members 10% discount, I only purchase from bps if its something le barton doesn't have or its on sale.

Don't know of any other fishing/tackle store(cept for walmart/cdn tire)

I was gonna say The BEER STORE 8) ..but, regardless the huge selection, I like to support the local CANADIAN stores..So, Tightlines if out east, Le Barons if Im central. (not sure of the west area). Now dont get me wrong,if BPS has something I actually have to get, then I bite the red white and blue bullet and go to Vaughan Mills,,but not my first choice by any means.

I am at a disadvantage here, I don`t have a car, so never get out to these big fishing stores, I go to Canadian Tire, here in the city, also I go to a little shop on Gerrard st, I think they are called Lucky Fishing Tackle...they have some cool old stuff, but very small, basically the front of a old house, the family live in the back, Nice old lady.

It's a bit of a drive but If I have an extra 100$ I go to BPS, .... for regular everyday stuff, I go to Can Tire

BPS for the selection. in addition they sell many other products for outdoor activities. one can easily spend hourS in there.

I agree that BPS has a great selection but LeBAron has better pricing and I think Lebaron's staff is more knowledgeable.
That is for sure! And the store is not full of thier own "knock-offs"!

As to their knock offs, I don't trust the quality of the bps name brand.

I had good success using bps brand tubes and le baron brand worms, caught more bass on those then yum, & coffee brand so far.

BPS///the plastic ect are pretty much the same, but the geer itself, nah, Ill stick to my quantum or shimano

Where is tightline located?

Tightline Outfitters Warehouse
1050 Brock Rd #4
Pickering, ON L1W 3X4

West side of Brock between 401 and Bayly. I can walk there so it's my fave. Gagnon's in Oshawa is good too.
