    Fishing In Shelburne?

So we have moved, last weekend we were able to take a drive around the surrounding areas. There are alot of rivers and creeks running up there. some of which I recognize the names of. Didn't have a chance to stop to look over the bridges but will be doing so in coming weeks.

The ladders also control the populations. "only the fittest survive" is what I was told at the Ganny.

    Need Florida fishing guide suggestions

SKYWAY BRIDGE!!!!! Read the tide charts, Ive personally caught, sharks, cat fish, Spanish mack grunt ect all off that bridge. Just don't fish close to the footing of the bridge. Allot of crabs that steal ur bait. Frozen squid works well at night, live shrimp in the day. Also an AWESOME place to...

    WTB: Telescoping Fishing Rod

I gave 3/4pcs rods alot of thought, however I thought that the people handling our luggage aren't exactly the most careful. The telescoping rods as far as I can tell offer alot of structural integrity when folded up. Hoping to be around $50-$80 for both rods..

It Makes Us All Look Bad

I retrieved 2 bicycles last weekend in an east trib. Clearly they were thrown off a foot bridge, but they landed right in the a run. Alas I couldn't take them home or to the nearest garbage, left them well away from the water in the sun to dry out in hopes someone would find use fo rit or as I...

    Snagger rehab.

Here is some basic info about Chinook Salmon TCP- careful about that FOW statement, keep in mind 14 FOW ur talking lake fishing or big water like the whirlpool. Heavier gear, while I agree its the same fish. The Technique is completely different. Fighting fish in a lake oppose to a river its...

    Snagger rehab.

The BEST advice I give all my friends who come with me. 1. I am not a good teacher 2. I don't have patience for a thousand questions 3. Just observe and mimic what I do, I am not a magician. I dont posses any more skill than anyone else. Honestly speaking, people just don't get 13' rods to...

    MNR Tips line works!!!

That pool was 100% a gong show. Almost every boot I hooked was decorated around the dorsal fin. Someone could litterlally get in the water with 1 hook, last all day if they could land fish. Pulling jewlery off these fish.

    Salmon

I dont mean this in a rude way, more or less to help for in future cases. If you are going to target any species, there is a certain amount of research that should go into the conservation of the species as a whole. I know all too well how difficult some of these fish can be to handle (I still...

    Salmon

Just asking here. Anyone fish the large west trib find the fish are less fresh, more boots, less fight time, alot more spooked? The spooked part I attribute to the additional 893275890 fisher men/women since its inner city fishing. Dont get me wrong there is chrome to be had in the west, but...

    MNR Tips line works!!!

I heard something from a fellow fisherman this weekend as we were wading and sharing the same pool with about 20 people on shore who were all tossing heavy weighted lines and huge hooks. "They aren't fishing, they are attempting to put food on the table" - So True.
