well if you don't want to have 5 knots just run a regular clear mono line. why leave your self thinking which knot will give out, im running straight main to leader with my 8lb promix for a few years now no issues catching fish even in gin clear water.

ladders are closed no salmon can make it above streetsville. MNR closed it last week just when the first run came in :roll: seems like they are trying to ruin the credit fishery as its already on collapse.

you really get to appreciate hes craftsmanship even more once you see hes reels in person.

Not the greatest spring but still found a few fish here and there on a few outings.

Exactly it all comes down to personal preference.

I keep it natural. River harden, dry up when I get home vacuum seal into portions I will use. Get 10 drifts with no problem. everything else is time and wasted money no thanks.
