colored line looks cool and fancy but it likely spooks fish. You can run longer leads but then your just throwing away your money. This is why most anglers run shot line if they use high vis line. For shot line you can run anything but it should be smaller diameter line then your main line...

Get your self some loose roe buddy. Skein is always a bit to messy to deal with. Some guys swear by only using scrape from skein. Me I don't find a difference I've caught more fish on beads last year then any roe I used lmao.

there is this web site called google man it does wonders you just have to type in steelhead in ontario. Kinda pissed all this Information wasn't there when i started fishing would have saved me so much footwork and wasted gas :neutral:

Angler thats brown no doubt in my mind. Here are a few Atlantic's i got and my buddies hooked up with. They are magnificent fish and need to treated with care if you end up catching one by accident while fishin for salmon/steelhead.

you don't need 800 to catch steelhead. some of us just like to have best of the best. heck i can go to canadian tire buy an ugly stick and 40$ reel and still smash fish.

Few fresh chinnys have sometimes white gums. I'm almost 150% sure that's a chinny. I've landed my fare share of ho's to know the difference. here is coho i got couple weeks ago.

Nice fish, i can tell just by looking at those rocks where that was. But keep on guessing guys :)
