    ^ +1 find deeper spots. right now when water is low and clear your best bet is very early in the morning or come back for the evening bite and try again. past few weeks id only fish first 3 hours in the morning and go home. need rain and we need it bad.

    Drifting a jig

    drift it as roe, but what i like to do is give it a little twitch now and then. this gives the jig some action instead of just dead drifting it. Ive had lotta success last fall on jigs. its good to throw something else when other 20 guys are all using roe :wink:

    beauty fish chris :smile: , i had the squeaking problem as well just unscrew them take them off and put some grease on works like a charm :mrgreen: islanders are a work horse i owned a few still have one left.

    darn dozer its really that bad down there? i only see that type of slaughter during our salmon runs. usually when bows get in people are more respectful of the resources.

    my camera has a strap so if i'm alone i put it over my head and that way i wont drop the camera if i fumble or anything. it does help if u have someone with u.

    lighter, and i find that it starts of better.. i still have the first gen imperial and i find my self always going after my r2.
