you can stay in a park if you want to, but there are sites within 2 km of Massasaga Park sites that are free to camp on. and there is allot of of crown land Around and north of Parry Sound. SO I NEVER pay to camp, I see the point of it but being from the area I am spoiled to know of good camping...

I heard on the radio this morning a 14 year old called the cops. He was walking on the ice out around fox or snake island and heard the ice cracking. The cops drove there air-boat out and {saved} the kid. The boy was from the area. Anyone else hear this on KICKS106 radio today?? Not sure...
