TCP thats a nice jacket. Simms for me was the only one that felt right in torso length. Everything else felt just a little too short even for a wading jacket.

Technically I would interpret it as illegal but saying that I would have likely don't the same thing you did. You tried your best to revive it so it showed anyone who might be there to say anything that you had good intentions. Worst case scenario would likely be a CO coming by seeing you let go...

I have been surveyed twice this year. Seen about 3 people on a team going down both sides of the rivers trying to talk to everyone. Also seen about 10% of the people pack and an run away when they see them coming. Those people shouldn't be there anyway! haha.
