2.5" ID Pipe for soft fishing rod case

I bought a fishing rod case, very nice, could be used for 3 fishing rod. Just less than 5 feet.
I would like to put more protection there.
2.5" ID PVC pipe would be perfect.
But I couldn't find any thing with 2.5" ID.
2" is too small, 4" is too big.
Any ideas?

PVC plumbing pipe of ID 2 1/2 does exist, as far as i know, but really hard to come by.
It is probably a typo but you mentioned 2" and 4" pipes. Did you try 3" ID pipe?
Try electric conduit pipes they are way easier to find
