All Black Jitterbug

I have found a new favourite morning lure! The all black jitterbug has been working magic lately, Had a great morning with what had to be 10-12 largemouth around this size. Its safe to say Im not using any other lure first thing in the morning!

Nice bass! Yeah jitterbugs can be pretty awesome especially when the bass wanna cooperate

Gotta love thee ol Jitterbug. Still by far my fave way to catch bass and the occasional pike!!

I have a handful of jitterbugs in my tackle box and I have to say that my all black on is by FAR my favourite.

Unfortunately when I was in Haliburton a few weeks ago I snagged it on a log and lost it

I need to replace that ASAP.

They had a good deal at SAIL for a pack of 3 jitterbugs, assorted colours and sizes, for $6.99. Really good deal considering you'll normally pay around that for just one of them. There's a black one in that pack too.

I have never caught a fish on the topwater except on plastic frogs.
