Anyone Fishing The Kawarthas/Trent?

Believe it or not , it's hard to find a damn fishing partner these days !!! Reason I bring this up is :
I have a boat 16ft fibreglass with a 70 merc (console) I have a Fishfinder , tackle box loaded with everything I need and then some for bass / pikeral / pike , I have quite a few lakes I like to fish , I live near Warkworth so ill drive within 120km to fish a good lake (I do have a few personal favourites) . I fish Every Saturday early morning as I have a young family. I like to be at whatever boat launch at 5a.m. ... If there's anyone around this way that wants to tag along, let me kno . . Could always use a good net man .. **Cheers

It's an invite , I don't expect $ , just meet me at a launch ready to have some fun and a few good laughs . I don't have a Bentley of a boat but it's comfortable to fish out of, it floats , and it moves along good ... Plus there's a "pop" cooler

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Ontario and the lakes surrounding my area. I was hoping to connect with some guys who enjoy fishing and wouldn't mind a new fishing buddy. I just bought a boat this year and am looking to go out a lot this fall. Unfortunately I work shift work so I can't go out with my girlfriend very much because our schedules don't always match.

As far as cost goes, I would just ask to split the cost of the trip. So gas or live bait etc. I also don't mind going on someone else's boat either. Pretty easy going, just want to be out there!

If you are looking for guys to fish the Kawartha lakes try posting on the Kawartha lakes board . I know of several guys on there that would chip in for gas to fish Balsam . Sturgeon or Pigeon . If you are looking for Pike they have been catching some on Balsam along with Muskies and some nice Bass .
