are these ugly stick rods are any good?

I like their products . I have an ultra light for Walleye (jigging) and have landed a few nice sized pike on it with ease.
 
I own a 7ft Medium/fast ugly stick it could handle everything from pike, carp and even salmon.

I couldn't believe how easy it man handled this salmon...

I don't know about the elite , but I use 2 standard 7 foot ugly stick casting rods as bottom bouncer rods and they do backup as trolling rods also. They aren't a high end rod, but they've handled a lot of fish and I've been pretty happy with them. I've even used one for casting plugs from time to time and they do the job no problem. I have other rods that I like better for that though. I think they're a pretty good value .
 
I can say the same as everyone else. I like them and have never had an issue. Used them for years.
 
I rock a med 9ft ug shakespear spinning rod for chucking and floating. it's versatile. the fenwick eagle 9'6 med is nicer though (new purchase for wifey ;) )
