do it yourself it's the same as spooling up regular line.
spool up your backing. line to line knot (i like using the albright knot) to your mono, spool mono. all done

if you talking about backing for your center pin use gel spun not the waxed other wise u got to change it every year
i would recommend World Wide Sportsman Magibraid Gel Spun Fly Line Backing 300 yard 30 lb . it is around 30$ .
and let the guy do it for you hassle free .
