This year in September salmon run, i seen a couple of "flossers" for the first time. . . . He had a look out girl on the other side of the river to decide for him when to rip set his hook (3 prong probably) What should my first initial move be on these guys next year????? lol
 
FYI that guy was a snagger not a flosser. If you can find his vehicle and call the MNR (877-847-7667) there is an ok chance that something will happen. Without a license plate, very slim chance.

no-a-days it seems we all have cell phone with camera's with us..(not me tho)... why not take pictures, or video of them in action... along with a licence plate, im sure the MNR will jump on that...

i have a few pic's of snaggers from bronte that i sent already... but no plate numbers..:(
