Best Ontario Ice Fishing spots?

i was wondering what the best places to ice fish in ontario are?
it is a gift for my boyfriend, i am hoping to book a weekend of fishing for him and his friends.
we live near lake simcoe but he is used to fishing there.
any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!!

if not simcoe...then either Lake Scugog,Rice Lake on the east side..even further but better...Bay of Quinte...and if you want to go north...Lake Nippising

I would say Bay of Quinte for sure. Your boyfriend probably has never landed a walleye through the ice at Simcoe (pretty rare to get one that way...pretty rare to catch one in simcoe even in softwater!)
Quinte is an excellent fishery that coughs up many 10+lb eyes.
