Boat fishing provincial parks

Hi there. First time boat owner here looking for some advice on places to tent camp. We're from the London area and have two kids (6&8) so don't want to travel more than 4 hours. I've found a few private camps that look alright but was hoping for some thoughts on Provincial Parks with launches. Don't overly care what type of fish we're catching. We have an 18ft Princecraft with a Merc 115 on it. Be nice if we could get some tubing/skiing in but that's not a must.
Any advice is much appreciated! Feel free to list some private parks too if you have some favourites!

Long point PP or Rondeau PP should be two in your time frame. I'm sure there are more up the 400.
