Bowmanville creek rainbow's

Hi folks. I fished Bowmanville creek yesterday and got a dozen or so small rainbow. Was wondering if there are larger resident rainbow in there or are the little gaffers all?? Saw a couple salmon headed upstream too.

There are usually some good runs in November

Keep at it and you will probably get in to the Salmon soon. Brown trout follow and lastly as mentioned above the Trout will follow.

Not really a steelheader... Might try it out but was more interested in the fish who stay in the creek. Was looking for a keeper.

Try the upper stretches of the creek where there may be resident brook trout and brown trout. In the fall and spring there are lots of small rainbows throughout the creek.
