Kit the new webpage/blog is looking good. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing.

Just want to say thanks to everyone who views our blog we just broke 1080 views. And most of the traffic comes from OFF. So thanks so much.

Gosh, I never thought to look for structure. Is that where the fish are? I always forget to check for that kind of thing when I fish a new stream darn it.

So they are just hiding under any log, or behind any rock? Not a very detailed stream fishing article. What about structure in front, and behind riffles, rocks in riffles, overhangs and logs on the outside bends, back eddies, etc. What water has more oxygen? What about fishing closer to cool spring inlets and forks where one stream empties into another? Do you fish upstream, across stream, down stream? What about shade, foliage overhanging the water? What about rocky bottoms, gravely bottoms vs. silty bottoms?

Well depends what your fishing for. Trout? Yeah fast water, ripples, white water, gravel bottom, behind big rocks that break current, under cut banks with tree overhang or submerged logs..

Bass or Pike wont be in fast water. Calmer the better they don't like to fight current unless they have to.

Gravel bottom or silty bottom does not matter much. Only when the spawn is on it matters.

This article was not for a specific species just some key simple points that will get people into fish and general information.

Sounds like you want info on Trout waters. There's another article on there for trout streams. http://canadianriverangler.blogspot.ca/2014/05/finding-brook-trout-eric-belanger.html

Thanks for the interest.

Hey kit, for a share in CRA tv I will personally edit and even write your reviews (with your guidance of course). The sloppy spelling and grammar isn't as professional as we all expect you guys to be.

Here are my qualifications:
Raised on "reading railroad"
Own a "hooked on phonics"
Thats about it
