Thanks buddy its quite the experience seeing them from start to finsish.
Unfortunately this year has been horrible for the coho program through out ontario will many many eggs dieing prematurely multiple hatcheries have been having this problem.
There have been full trays to die off and some with only a few. There not sure what to make of it but there thinking the hot thanks giving weekend may be the cause.
What it basically means is that theres gonna be a slow year for cohos in a couple years
 
That honestly is the first time I have seen a cold water fish hatch.
Really cool video! Kinda gives hope for the future, hopefully you can pass the torch along in preserving these fish!
 
There is meetings every wednesday night and sunday mornings and visitors are always welcome They love to see new faces and can always use volunteers

Cool! I like seeing the alvin salmon stage of life when I fish for rainbows in the spring on our rivers here. They school up and you can easily spot them with their bright orange yolk sacks. You know what kind of flies to use when you see that......rainbows and dollies gorge themseleves on that. Another match the hatch AK style. :) Great share, thanks.
