Got a chance a couple weeks ago to hit up a lake in search for some slabs on the st.croix triumph ultra lite along with the stradic fj! Found them and had them on the run all day!

For everyone to know, I did put a good few in the live well for photos. I later released them back onto the water.

nice slabs and nice jersey. at first i didn't like trokars because they are so damn sharp and so edgy they were tearing up my really soft yamamoto senkos before the fish got a chance to. but they're starting to grow on me.

I bought the jersey from sail! it was 30 bucks. I love trokar hooks. Yes you are 100 percent correct about how sharp they are but to tell ya the truth, I have had way more hook ups and successful landings with the trokar series of hooks than others. I wish they had created a premade drop shot set up like the VMC Spinshot hooks. If you ever want to talk hooks and baits let me know.
