Criminal law: This branch of law determines which actions are crimes against the state. In criminal law, there are two approaches to cyberbullying:

Harassment is a crime under the Criminal Code. Harassment is when something a person says or does makes someone fear for his or her safety, or for the safety of others. Even if the perpetrator did not intend to frighten someone, she or he can be charged with harassment if the target feels threatened. Criminal harassment is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

joel52, I think you should also take a copy of that post down to your local police station.

Please explain...

Maybe we all should get together and talk this out?
Not necessary... Are you afraid to explain your post?

You two are comical, you always need things spelt out... My original post is what I believe you are refering to by posting "Cyber Bullying". The nature of what you yourself "perceive" the law to read is much different than a lawyer or police officer does. I encourage the both of you to "Partner up" go down to your local police station and have them take an unbias look at everything. While their down there, I have a hunch they may offer some advice as well on prevention.

Buddy... in my point of view, he was just trying to warn you.
He was expressing his concern, which is fine.
He was asking for comments and suggestions, which is fine.

You have been banned from posting on several other popular forums already for good reason.

If I was in control, you'd be long gone by now... seriously.

I am getting sick of this.
