are those type/designed canoe hard to paddle by yourself ?

Yes...meant for motor.
it's got the transom back and the bottom is also flat...so there's a lot of resistance when paddling...doesn't glide like a regular canoe.

With two people, should paddle okay...still not as good though haha...hopefully we don't ahve to resort to using paddles in the middle of the lake.

and advice on the charger?
i want to get the automatic intelligent one by nautilus.
it has a digital meter saying percentage charged and whatnot.

I really like the minn kota 10 amp 3 stage charger use it for all my 4 batteries(1 car):lol: it properly charges & maintains the batteries and they seem to keep lasting longer! rather then slowly losing charge....

I've had 3 CT chargers they all suck get something that will charge really low ie 100-300mamps, 2amp is not good enough for deep cycle longevity.

Get the biggest battery you get fit, if you spend all day fishing you will go thru it, with a full day(8 hrs+) fishing an electric only lake I can go thru 2 & 1/2 batteries.
