Bad enough I see Dozer on Duffins in his Disco Jacket but this cheescake shows up wearing pasties I'm packing up my Ouzo and gone..............
Interesting choice of day of the moon cycle...
sweet i'll be there a day earlier
Steelheading isn't always easy bro. Tough conditions are what seperate the men from the boys. The tougher the bite, the more you learn! Yah so if that's cool, we'll meet up at the parking lot by the cemetery, on October 13'th at day break? make our way down the cliff, and smash some steel! That side of the river is never to pressured compared to the trailor park. Should be fun boys!
I was just wondering if the choice was purposeful. I'm certainly not afraid of tough conditions and in 22 years of chasing Oncorhynchus and Mykiss you can bet I've fished them. There is a slow time on the Gbay and huron tribs and if I had to make an educated guess I'd say this date would be in the middle of it. not much pressure there till a hundred OFF guys show up lol
I've done really well on the Geen in mid October, there's always something around to fish for, browns, late run chinny's cohos and tons of pinks, not to mention the steel should be in by then. I think this is going to be more of a fun day then a die hard fish day. I just thought it'd be a good idea for all of us to get together, is anyone really that concerned about vast amounts of fish? We can change the date??
Hey Guys:
Any other suggestions are welcome--I only mentioned the cemetery run as it can withstand a number of anglers. Feel free to chime in with any other ideas.
Whose bringing the stogies???

YepHave a few ideas in mind. Just curious if everyone attending has waders?
