Hey guys .. anyone ever fish by the end of humber river by lakeshore ??I think the park is called "Marie Curtis Park"

I wanted to fish the START of humber river, almost did it yesterday...but then decided not to lol

Any updates?
I have been to Marie Curtis park for crap fishing with no luck. I don't think there is much in there at all but would like to know if anyone has caught anything.

I've fished there, caught a bunch of chubs and a small catfish.

Marie Curtis park is where Etobicoke creek (the one that snakes through the west side of Pearson International) outlets into Lake Ontario. I went there to see how good/bad the boat launch was last summer. The ramp was brutal and the "river" was indeed just a creek. There was no way I could even launch my shallow 12 footer there so I'm not sure what fish it could hold. Interestingly I used to work at RIM and regularly went for walks at lunch along this creek between Eglinton and Matheson. I've seen a few fish rising but they were small and very infrequent so I'm not sure if they were anything more than maybe big chub.

At the base of Humber is known to hold carp and cats from a buddy of mine that used to fish there a bit. I may have to give it a go.

Bones...

I caught 2 carp there in 1 hour 2 weeks ago on corn.
a 15lber and a 19 lber.
they are there.
well carp are pretty much everywhere...but if you're going after pike, bass or trout...there are better places. Most of my PB...pike, bass came from the spit....but the walk!

I agree 100%, catfish are apparently there too.. but the place seems really devoid of life compared to other lake ontario locations
