Fall Lineup

What is your fall lineup? Too much awesome fishing to be had this time of year.


Personally I want to get in on

- pike and bass in shallow water

- stream trout

- salmon and migratories

So much fishing, so little time.


What is keeping you busy this fall?

Salmon, steelhead, and hopefully big lake O browns. Gonna try chunks of skein in the ditches this year for chinnies, hopefully I can get some agressive strikes out of em.

Bust out the heavy artillery and aim for the salmon/trout... Chuckin' spoons and J-13s!.. Definitely gonna take a little time to hook into some fall football bass though

I fish bass hard by day and salmon through the night this time of year, don't get any sleep! I'll be getting on the steelies and browns hard in mid October when the crowds start to die down.

Mostly some salmon in the lake currently. The vast majority of my focus will go to steelhead on huron waters shortly probably with some BOQ walleye trolling and a few other things tossed in.

Resident browns until they close along with some local bass and pike. May spend some time searching for fresh salmon in a northern trib as well, otherwise ill leave salmon alone. After that strictly steelhead along with the odd brown!

Fresh salmon, browns, coho's and steelhead in the tribs.

When the tribs are high and dirty, I'll be fishing for bass and pike.

I would also like to fish for browns in the marina's.

Fall pike fishing is always hot. When bass closes (sept) that's my priority. pike and brown trout share the docks, marinas and river mouths and harbors during fall. minnow imitations and silver spinners can't be beat there. harbors can't be beat during winter. i go for a salmon hit n run just for fun. it dies down when steels come in. it's a cycle. Always felt blessed living in Ontario fishing is prime compared to other places
