Not only parts, The car itself in Canada sells for about 30k. I cannot justfy spending that kind of money on a 15 year old car!
There are certain importers that can explain legal loop holes to have the car brought into canada and legally licenced in Ontario. Will paying about half of the 30k.

Parts-I can see being expensive, but since these cars are in the USA already I am sure I can find a handful of shops that carry them.

I am looking eventually to build a beast of a car. Around 800whp.

the only car i'd trade my car for....

a rebuilt tranny will cost you 6grand--and you need one the second you exceed 600 HP in any skyline...new GTR tranny is 27k.....and remember 800hp to the wheels means about 950 at the crank--just to hush the crowd lol--I have personally(with help) built rice burners with well over 550whp (true numbers) and some amercan junk with well over 1000 hp--these cars are only now in the USA because of their model year flying under the emiissions radar--parts are so scarce that almost everything needs to be fabricated--$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

BMW Z4 Roadster. Priced nicely at under 70 grand.
Classic car, '67 Camaro.
Truck, I had a '72 GMC Scottsdale for 10 years (American version of the Silverado or Sierra.). You couldn't kill that truck if you tried. The GMC 350 motor was indestructable.
On a side note a customer I worked for had a wood shop in his garage and built me a minature gun rack for my fishing rods that fit behind the seat in my Scottsdale. I had told him about a roll of tar-paper rolling over one of my fly rods and breaking the tip of in the back of my truck. He presented me with a nice gift when I finished his roof.

Alfie.

yea that 350 was used for a while. and thats a nice present! been thinking about one for my truck, but would have to go on the under side of the tonneau cover
